They also stated " State, License Plate Number or vin, and Search Reason view acceptable reasons. Registered Owner Name, Address, Vehicle Type year-make-model, and Vin or get Guaranteed Refund. LICENSE PLATE SEARCH SCAM WARNING." The meta header had license plate as the first search term. This keyword was followed by search, lookup, and number which isn't as important as license plate. The other words they uses is owner. vin is also included and could not be viewed by search parsers.
